Isle of Wight | Hybrid Working | Relocation Package Available
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well-established and highly respected law firm on the Isle of Wight.
This is a key role within a busy and growing Residential Property team, offering the opportunity to manage your own caseload, build strong client relationships and play an important part in the continued development of the department.
The Role:
You will handle a full residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Re-mortgages
*Equity release
*Managing matters from instruction through to completion
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Contributing to the continued growth and development of the department
About You:
*Ideally 3+ years’ PQE, although relevant experience will be considered
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid residential conveyancing experience
*Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
*Strong client care and communication skills
*Commercially minded with a proactive approach
*Keen to develop your career within a supportive and growing team
