A well-established and highly regarded Kent law firm is seeking a Senior Family Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its busy Family team in Canterbury. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a broad range of privately funded Family matters while playing a key role in the continued growth and success of the department.
The Role
*Managing a diverse caseload of private Family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies and children work
*Providing pragmatic, client-focused advice to a loyal and growing client base
*Supporting the development of the team and contributing to business growth
*Working closely with experienced colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment
About You
*Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Family Law
*Strong technical expertise and excellent client care skills
*Commercially aware with a practical, solutions-focused approach
*Resolution membership, Collaborative Law training or Family Mediation qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential
