You will advise businesses, owner-managed companies and private clients across a broad range of contentious matters, including:
*Contractual disputes
*Partnership and shareholder disputes
*Professional negligence claims
*Insolvency-related disputes
*Property litigation
*Construction disputes, where relevant to your experience
You will manage your own matters alongside assisting Partners on more complex and high-value disputes, with involvement from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation.
The role will also involve:

*Conducting settlement negotiations and mediation
*Managing court deadlines and Civil Procedure Rules requirements
*Developing strong client relationships

About you
You will ideally be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with approximately 3–6 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or general dispute resolution.

Experience in property litigation, construction disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes or insolvency litigation would be advantageous, although candidates do not need experience across every area.
This would suit a Dispute Resolution Solicitor looking to join a successful regional practice where they can broaden their experience, take on greater responsibility and continue progressing their career.
