Our client is a well-established Chambers and Legal 500 ranked law firm with an excellent reputation across its specialist teams.
The firm is looking for a Community Care Solicitor to join its highly regarded team. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives with relevant experience, across a range of PQE levels.
The Role
Your work will include:
*Care Act assessments
*Financial assessments and charging
*Continuing Healthcare/NHS-funded care
*Court of Protection
*Special Educational Needs
*Wider Community Care and Public Law matters
About You
*UK qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
*Recent and relevant experience in Community Care or a related area
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
