Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Suffolk - ASAP StartProspero Teaching are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Suffolk, starting ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young learners and helping them achieve their full potential within a nurturing and inclusive educational environment.
The school is looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed practitioner with strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils who may require additional academic or emotional support.
CONTRACT DETAILS
*Location - Suffolk
*Position - Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
*Type of work - Classroom support and targeted interventions
*Start date - ASAP
*Duration - Ongoing / Long-term
*Full time/part-time - Full time
*Rate of pay - £90-£100 per day (depending on experience)
*Hours - 08:30am - 15:45pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
*Experience supporting children in a UK primary school (placements accepted)
*Experience working with pupils requiring additional learning support desirable
*Relevant LSA, TA or childcare qualifications desirable
*Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
*Hold Right to Work in the UK
*Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
*Provide two professional child-related references
