Are you a R&D Manager from the electrical industry who is looking for an exciting opportunity within a specialist company that will allow you to make the department your own whilst also providing fantastic benefits?
The Company are a leading specialist in lighting control systems; they provide solutions for most industries some of their most notable projects have been Porsche Mayfair, The O2 Arena London and the F1 Arcade in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire research and development process, you will be reporting directly to the Managing director.
This role would suit a senior manager from an electrical background who is looking to join a growing company that can offer fantastic benefits whilst also providing the opportunity to make a team your own.
The Role:
*Define and execute the R&D strategy aligned with business objectives, technology roadmaps, and market requirements.
*Identify and manage sub-contractors as required.
*Maintain technical authority across all R&D activities, ensuring robust engineering practices, documentation, and design reviews.
*Work closely with the Sales and Engineering Departments to translate market needs into clear technical product specifications.
