Responsibilities*Conduct air tightness testing on a range of building types and sizes.
*Work collaboratively with on-site teams to ensure smooth and efficient testing processes while minimizing disruptions.
*Prepare accurate and thorough test reports, and ensure equipment is maintained to a professional standard.
*Stay informed about developments in the industry to contribute to service improvements and cutting-edge practices.
Qualifications*Hold a Level 1 Air Tightness Technician certification (or possess equivalent hands-on experience).
*Demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
*Showcase an independent, problem-solving mindset with a flexible approach to work.
*Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation for travel across London and the Home Counties.
