The Senior Drainage Engineer role will entail:
*Designing and managing surface water drainage strategies for development projects.
*Undertaking Flood Risk Assessments for residential, commercial, and other developments.
*Designing Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS), including attenuation and water-quality measures.
*Providing technical advice on planning, drainage, and flood-risk requirements
*Mentoring and supporting Junior Engineers based on adequate experience
*Liaising with clients, council officers and design team members, providing relevant advice
*Managing client relationships
*Attending site visits and resolving any drainage related problems.
The Senior Drainage Engineer role necessitates:
*Extensive experience un drainage engineering
*A Bachelors or Master’s qualification within the field of Civil Engineering or with similar relevance
*Live in or near to Bristol
*Knowledge of AUTOCAD
*Creative and logical thinker able to problem solve.
*A full UK driving license
*The full right to work in the UK
