*Manage facility-related budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
*Respond to emergency situations or breakdowns and resolve issues promptly.
*Assist in the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
*Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and compliance activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Facilities Officer or similar role, with a strong understanding of building management and maintenance.
*Knowledge of health and safety regulations and building compliance.
*Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
*Flexibility to respond to emergency situations outside of standard working hours if necessary.
