Our client a UK leading property and planning consultancy has a fantastic opportunity available for a Town Planner to join their Bristol based team. The successful Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a verity of exciting projects within the residential, commercial, retail and mixed use sectors.
Qualifications and Experience:
For this position applications are sought from candidates who have a relevant RTPI accredited degree, who are working twoards Chartered Town Planner status and have previous town planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment.
Duties:
*Preparing planning appraisals for land and buildings
*Preparing planning applications and planning statements
*Writing reports and making recommendations
*Liaising with clients and planning officers
*Undertaking research and analysis
