Interim Management AccountantLocation: Trafford Park, Manchester
Contract: Initial 3 months
Start: Immediate
Working pattern: 5 days onsite
Day rate: £250-£325, depending on experience
We are recruiting an Interim Management Accountant to support a Trafford Park finance team through a busy year end. You will take ownership of day-to-day management accounting and month-end activity, enabling the wider team to focus on historic balance sheet work.
Key responsibilities
*Prepare month-end running cost and cash reports for the commercial team.
*Post journals and corrections, ensuring costs are accurately reflected in the P&L.
*Prepare accruals and prepayments.
*Complete bank reconciliations.
*Support month-end reporting and the October year end.
About you
You will be an accountant with strong management accounting experience and the confidence to pick up a busy workload quickly. You’ll be comfortable working independently, producing accurate reports and communicating with commercial colleagues.
