We are currently looking for confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Redbridge.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Cover Supervisors, graduates considering a career in teaching, teaching assistants looking to progress, or individuals with strong experience working with secondary-aged young people.
The RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will:
*Supervise classes during teacher absence

*Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across a range of subjects

*Manage classroom behaviour effectively

*Ensure pupils remain focused and engaged with their work

*Follow school policies and procedures

*Provide feedback to teaching staff where required

*Support a positive and productive learning environment

The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:
*Has previous experience working with young people, ideally in a secondary school

*Is confident managing groups of pupils aged 11-18

*Has strong communication and behaviour management skills

*Is professional, reliable and adaptable

*Is comfortable covering a variety of subjects

*Has the right to work in the UK
