A well-established and highly regarded Berkshire law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Newbury.
This is a long-term opportunity offering high-quality work, an established caseload, autonomy and genuine prospects for Partnership.
The Role
You will handle a broad commercial property caseload, including:
*Sales and acquisitions
*Commercial leases – landlord and tenant
*Property finance and secured lending
*Asset management
*Industrial, retail and office property
*Buying, selling, leasing and funding commercial property
You will have full secretarial support, an existing caseload and the opportunity to develop client relationships and generate further business.
About You
*5+ years’ PQE commercial property experience
*Strong technical and client-handling skills
*Commercially minded and proactive
*Interested in long-term progression towards Partnership
