A well-established and highly regarded Shropshire law firm is seeking an experienced Care Solicitor to join its supportive and growing Care Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor in Children Law, with solid experience in care proceedings to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
The role will involve:
Our client is seeking a five year post qualified Solicitor who is able to manage care proceedings from instruction through to resolution where you will support clients throughout proceedings.
This will involve drafting legal documentation, liaising with courts and local authorities, barristers and other professionals, attending court whilst supporting junior members of the team.

You will have:
*At least 5 years’ PQE in Children Law
*Strong experience handling care proceedings
*Law Society Children Law or Family Law Accreditation
*Excellent organisation, communication and client-care skills
*A pragmatic, commercial approach and strong attention to detail
*The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
