We are working with a national firm seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to join its Personal Injury team.
The role will involve supporting the management and progression of a caseload of Fast Track RTA claims, with a strong focus on client outcomes, litigation and commercial performance.
The Role
*Progress a high-volume caseload of RTA Fast Track claims
*Support litigation and identify cases where proceedings are appropriate
*Assist with liability and quantum assessments
*Review medical evidence and case law
*Draft schedules of special damages
*Assist with disputed liability and causation matters
*Liaise with insurers, experts, medical agencies and other parties
*Support settlement negotiations and advise on costs risks
*Work towards performance and fee-generation targets
