Description
*Partner with operational leaders across the business, providing commercial financial support and actionable insight to drive performance.
*Produce monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts, delivering clear analysis of financial results, trends and variances.
*Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, translating financial information into meaningful recommendations for non-finance audiences.
*Support commercial tenders, business cases and capital investment projects, assessing financial viability and return on investment.
*Present financial performance updates to management teams and provide challenge and guidance to support strategic decision-making.
*Maintain robust financial controls, including balance sheet reconciliations, audit preparation and reporting accuracy.
*Contribute to group reporting requirements and support wider finance projects and initiatives as required.
Profile
*ACCA or CIMA qualified.
*Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
*Confident translating financial data into clear, commercially focused recommendations.
*Proactive, analytical and commercially aware, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £50,000 to £65,000 dependent on the level of experience.
