An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor with 8+ years’ PQE to join a leading employment team advising senior executives across the UK. The role
You’ll advise senior executives on a broad range of employment law matters, including negotiated exits, settlement agreements, executive contracts, grievances and complex employment disputes.
The role will involve representing clients in ACAS conciliation and Employment Tribunal proceedings, working closely with colleagues across other practice areas where required and providing practical, commercially focused advice, often within tight timescales.
You’ll also contribute to business development initiatives, client relationship management and the continued growth of the employment practice.
About you
This role would suit an Employment Associate or Senior Associate who:
*Has 8+ years’ PQE in employment law
*Has experience advising senior executives
*Is confident handling complex and high-value employment matters
*Has excellent client-facing and communication skills
*Enjoys business development and building professional relationships
*Can work independently while contributing positively to a wider team
