Location: Kent
Salary: Up to £43,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Hybrid (4 days in the office)
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing consultancy, providing HR support and advice to a diverse client base across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide expert HR advice on employee relations matters.
*Manage disciplinary, grievance, capability, redundancy, TUPE, and appeal cases.
*Chair investigations, hearings, and formal meetings.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships.
*Draft contracts, policies, letters, and HR documentation.
*Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.
*Support process improvements and maintain accurate records.
About You:
*Previous experience in a generalist HR role.
*Consultancy experience is essential.
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*CIPD qualification desirable.
