A well-established and forward-thinking law firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Associate Solicitor to join its growing team in Nottingham. You will become part of a collaborative and ambitious department with a strong reputation for delivering practical, high-quality advice to individuals and families. The Role
This position offers exposure to a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
*Drafting and advising on Wills
*Probate and estate administration
*Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Administration of Estates
*Tax and inheritance tax planning
*Trust-related matters and documentation
*Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
Alongside managing their own files, the successful Solicitor will work closely with colleagues across the wider firm, contribute to business development initiatives and play an active role in supporting the continued growth of the private client team.
About You
Applications are welcomed from Qualified Solicitors with approximately 1-3 years’ PQE in Private Client law, although candidates with broader relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
You will demonstrate:
*Experience managing a varied private client caseload
*Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate and estate administration
*Excellent drafting and communication skills
*A client-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail
*The ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
*A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine desire to develop your career
