Hays Education is working with a range of primary schools across Margate that are seeking passionate and nurturing EYFS Teachers to join their teams.Whether you’re an Early Career Teacher looking to build your experience in Early Years or an experienced EYFS practitioner seeking a fresh opportunity, we have a variety of roles available across welcoming and supportive school settings.

The Role
As an EYFS Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in shaping children’s first experiences of education. You’ll create a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment where pupils can develop confidence, curiosity and a lifelong love of learning.Working within the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework, you’ll deliver creative and child-centred learning experiences that support children’s academic, social and emotional development. You’ll help every child build the foundations they need to thrive as they progress through primary school.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or currently working towards it
*Experience teaching within EYFS
*A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework
*The ability to create engaging, inclusive and stimulating learning environments
*A passion for supporting children’s early development and wellbeing
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*A creative, patient and nurturing approach to teaching
