£55,000 + Bonus + Company Car
We’re working with Tractel, a global leader in working-at-height safety, lifting and access solutions, to recruit an experienced Area Sales Manager.
This is a territory-focused role combining account management and new business development, with responsibility for growing existing relationships and winning new customers across the South of England.
Key responsibilities:
*Manage and grow existing distributor and end-user accounts.
*Develop new business and increase market share.
*Build strong customer relationships through regular site and face-to-face visits.
*Identify and convert new commercial opportunities.
*Work closely with Technical and Internal Sales teams.
*Manage your territory, CRM pipeline and sales targets.
We’re looking for:
*Proven territory sales experience, ideally within industrial or construction environments.
*A strong track record of growing existing accounts and winning new business.
*Excellent relationship-building and commercial skills.
*Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
*Full UK driving licence.
*Health & Safety sector experience is advantageous.
The package:
*£55,000 basic salary + bonus
*Company car
*7% pension
*Extensive onboarding, including travel to France & Germany
