Hays Education is working with a range of primary schools across Ashford that are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable KS2 Supply Teachers to provide high-quality classroom cover throughout the academic year.Whether you’re an experienced teacher looking for greater flexibility, an ECT eager to gain experience in different school environments, or a teacher returning to the classroom, supply teaching offers the opportunity to continue making a positive impact while maintaining control over your schedule.

The Opportunity
As a KS2 Supply Teacher, you’ll work across a variety of primary schools, supporting pupils in both Lower and Upper Key Stage 2. You’ll confidently step into classrooms, deliver engaging lessons and ensure pupils remain motivated, focused and progressing in their learning.From day-to-day cover to longer-term placements, you’ll have the opportunity to experience different school settings, broaden your teaching experience and build valuable relationships with schools across Ashford and the surrounding area.

What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or currently working towards it
*Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
*Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*The ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*A flexible, positive and professional approach
*A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
