FRENCH SPEAKING SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST LONDON HYBRID The CompanyThey are a well-established international organisation delivering complex business and technology change initiatives. The environment is collaborative, fast paced, and suited to professionals who enjoy solving complex business challenges.The Role and Deliverables*Review, challenge, and improve existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending optimised solutions.
*Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements, user stories, and use cases using tools such as Confluence.
*Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, architects, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
*Define and support testing activities, including test strategy creation, test case development, solution validation, and defect analysis.
*Document business processes using modelling tools and contribute to maintaining enterprise process repositories.
*Support project delivery through stakeholder engagement, risk identification, knowledge transfer, and project closure activities.
Your Skills & Experience*Strong experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and functional specification documentation.
*Proven ability to assess and improve complex business processes.
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across both business and technical audiences.
*Experience working closely with solution architects, software development teams, and external vendors.
*Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid software delivery environments.
*Experience supporting test planning, test case creation, validation activities, and defect resolution.
*Knowledge of business case preparation, process modelling, and delivery coordination.
*Fluent French and English language skills, both written and spoken.
