Job Description:
Full job descriptionElevation Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing business, who are looking to appoint a part-time Project Manager, to oversee construction installation projects in the Enfield and surrounding areas.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business, who have experienced continued growth over many year.
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
*Providing a high level of service to key customers, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout each project.
*Attending site set-ups, progress meetings and project reviews for allocated developments.
*Coordinating and scheduling product deliveries in line with customer programmes, project requirements and agreed lead times.
*Carrying out pre-delivery site measurements and checks, identifying any issues or changes that could impact the delivery or installation process.
*Reviewing and submitting approved design amendments and revisions to the relevant internal teams.
*Completing pre-installation readiness inspections to ensure sites are suitably prepared and materials can be installed without unnecessary delays.
*Inspecting site access and delivery routes ahead of scheduled deliveries, identifying and escalating any potential issues.
*Carrying out final pre-delivery checks to confirm that plots or areas are sufficiently progressed to allow materials to be installed as planned.
*Managing changes to delivery schedules where required and communicating revised dates clearly to customers and relevant stakeholders.
*Maintaining accurate project records and site documentation throughout the lifecycle of each project.
*Working closely with project managers, contracts teams and installation teams to ensure materials are delivered and installed as efficiently as possible.
*Working alongside customers to integrate internal processes and procedures with their own project management and reporting systems.
*Recording, reporting and communicating site findings both internally and externally, including photographic evidence where required.
*Completing project stage inspections, sign-offs and final completion documentation for installed materials.
To be considered for this role you must have:
*Experience of scheduling and managing plots, including check measures and readiness inspections.
*High levels of customer service.
*Good time management.
*An awareness of Symphony lead-times and weekly production deadlines.
