I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed business in South Cheshire that is looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to play a key role in its next phase of growth.
Description
*Own the Group Cost function, including reporting, analysis and business partnering.
*Lead, develop and support a high-performing finance team.
*Act as the key finance contact for senior stakeholders across central functions.
*Manage financial models, rolling forecasts and cost performance reporting.
*Lead the annual budget and support the 5-year strategic planning process.
*Drive improvements across finance processes, reporting and controls.
*Support audits, tax compliance and statutory reporting requirements.
*Contribute to strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
*Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant.
*Proven experience in a finance business partnering role.
*Previous leadership experience managing and developing finance teams.
*Strong commercial awareness with excellent technical accounting skills.
*Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
*Able to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
*Strong reporting, analysis and board-level presentation skills.
*Driven, proactive and focused on delivering business improvements.
