The role
*Advise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters
*Manage complex acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development transactions
*Build and maintain key client relationships
*Lead on transactions and supervise junior Lawyers
*Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives
*Support the continued expansion of the real estate practice
About you
*Senior Associate or Legal Director level Real Estate Solicitor
*Experience handling complex commercial property transactions
*Excellent client relationship and business development skills
*Commercially focused and solutions-oriented
*Interested in mentoring and developing junior colleagues
*Ambitious and motivated to contribute to a growing practice
