Join a growing logistics and fulfilment business as a Logistics Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone with experience in logistics, fulfilment, customer service, or account coordination who enjoys building client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Acting as the first point of escalation and resolving client issues efficiently and professionally
*Identifying root cause of issue and implementing preventative measures
*Monitoring service delivery across multiple accounts
*Providing weekly operational KPIs to clients
*Analysing service data and client feedback
*Supporting the onboarding and training of new team members and clients
*Developing and implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in logistics, fulfilment, client operations or other client-facing role
*Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Proficiency in using bespoke systems, CRM and ticketing systems
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and a fast-paced environment
*Experience in identifying and implementing process improvementsCollaborative team player with a client-centric approach
