Our client is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join their IT team in Liverpool. The role will initially focus on SAP SuccessFactors and HR/Talent systems, with opportunities to work across wider business applications.
The Role
You’ll work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders to:
*Support and configure SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
*Gather requirements and identify process improvements.
*Manage testing, upgrades, troubleshooting and system changes.
*Support HR data, reporting and integrations.
*Work with SAP CPI and other business systems.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
*Experience working with HR/Talent systems in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
*SAP SuccessFactors experience, ideally across modules such as Employee Central, Performance, Learning, Compensation or Recruiting.
*Experience with integrations/SAP CPI.
*Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
*The ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
