Block Bookings | 1:1 Support | Regular Work
Educare Recruitment is looking for experienced and reliable Support Workers across Devon to join our growing team.
We have exciting opportunities offering regular block bookings, 1:1 support and consistent shifts, making this ideal for Support Workers looking for dependable agency work rather than occasional shifts.
The RoleYou’ll provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals across a range of care and support settings throughout Devon.
Work available includes:
*Regular block bookings
*1:1 support
*Day and night shifts
*Long shifts available
*Ongoing and consistent bookings
*Community-based and supported living opportunities
*Supporting individuals with daily living and independence
*Working alongside established care and support teams
What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for Support Workers who are dependable, confident and genuinely passionate about providing excellent support.
Ideally, you will have:
*Previous Support Worker or Care Assistant experience
*Experience providing 1:1 support
*An Enhanced DBS, preferably registered on the Update Service
*Up-to-date care training
*Excellent communication skills
*A reliable and professional approach
*Confidence working independently when providing 1:1 support
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be highly advantageous due to the locations of some bookings.
