Block Bookings | 1:1 Support | Flexible Shifts
Educare Recruitment is looking for experienced and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team in the South Molton area.
We have an excellent opportunity for support workers looking for regular block bookings, consistent work and the chance to provide meaningful 1:1 support.
The RoleYou will be supporting individuals within a person-centred care environment, helping them maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
Work available includes:
*Regular block bookings
*1:1 support
*Day and night shifts
*Long shifts available
*Ongoing and consistent bookings
*Person-centred support
*Supporting individuals with daily living and community activities
*Working alongside established care and support teams
What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for Support Workers who are dependable, confident and genuinely passionate about providing high-quality support.
Ideally, you will have:
*Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant
*Experience providing 1:1 support
*A current Enhanced DBS, preferably registered on the Update Service
*Up-to-date care training
*Good communication skills
*A reliable and professional approach
*The ability to work independently when providing 1:1 support
A driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be advantageous due to the location and nature of the work.
