Key Responsibilities
*Responsibility for store sales, profitability, and KPI delivery

*Lead, inspire, and develop a large in-store team including managers and supervisors

*Drive exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced fashion retail environment

*Use sales data and fashion trends to identify opportunities and drive performance

*Recruit, develop, and retain top retail talent within the store

About You
We are looking for a confident and inspiring retail leader with a strong background in high street fashion retail.
You will ideally have:
*Experience within fashion management

*A proven track record of delivering strong commercial results in a high-footfall environment

*Strong understanding of fashion trends, product, and visual merchandising

*Excellent leadership, communication, and people development skills

*A hands-on, energetic, and motivating management style

*Strong commercial awareness with the ability to react quickly to trade
