Are you an experienced Catering Assistant looking for flexible work within local schools in Reading?
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Catering Assistants to support school kitchens across Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding environment with flexible shifts to fit around your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assisting with food preparation and serving meals
*Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
*Washing up and clearing dining areas
*Following food safety and health & safety procedures
*Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
Requirements:
*Previous catering or kitchen assistant experience is essential
*A positive, team-focused attitude
*Good communication skills
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable (or willingness to obtain one)
