Description
As a Solicitor Advocate/Barrister your duties will include:
*Provide expert advice and representation to clients across a range of Financial Mis-selling matters.
*Prepare and present cases in court as a Solicitor Advocate or Barrister.
*Draft legal documents and review contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
*Collaborate with colleagues to strategise and manage cases effectively.
*Conduct legal research to support case preparation and decision-making.
*Maintain accurate records of all proceedings and communications.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional service.
*Stay up to date with developments and changes in legislation relevant to the role.
Profile
A successful Solicitor Advocate/Barrister should have:
*Qualified status as a Solicitor Advocate or Barrister in the UK.
*Proven expertise in advocacy
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex cases.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
*The ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines efficiently.
*A commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
*Knowledge of legal software and tools to support case management.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our client recognises that income can vary amongst barristers and is open to a discussion with all candidates on salary.
