Looking to build your career within a busy and supportive Employment team? This is a great opportunity for a Newly Qualified to 3 years’ PQE Employment Solicitor to further develop experience in a broad mix of contentious, advisory and transactional employment law work.
Working closely with experienced colleagues, you’ll advise a diverse employer client base while developing your technical expertise and client relationships within a collaborative environment.

The role
*Advise clients on a range of employment law matters
*Assist with Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting ET3s
*Provide day-to-day HR and employee relations advice
*Draft contracts, policies and settlement agreements
*Support the employment aspects of corporate transactions
*Deliver client training and legal updates
About you
*NQ–3 years’ PQE in employment law
*Experience of contentious and/or non-contentious employment matters
*Excellent communication and drafting skills
*Commercial and client-focused approach
*Organised and able to manage competing priorities
*Keen to develop your career within employment law
