An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join the established team of a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in the Dorchester area.
The role is available at Senior Associate through to Partner level and offers the opportunity to handle high-quality corporate and commercial work while playing a key role in developing the client base and future growth of the department.
The Role:
You will advise a varied client base across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
*Corporate transactions and reorganisations
*Commercial contracts and agreements
*Supply and distribution agreements
*Franchise agreements
*Terms and conditions
*General commercial advisory work
Alongside your fee-earning responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the wider team through supervision, mentoring and effective delegation.
There is also a strong emphasis on business development, with the opportunity to build client relationships, develop new business and play an important role in shaping the continued growth of the practice.
About You:
*Qualified Solicitor with strong Corporate & Commercial experience
*Suitable for candidates at Senior Associate through to Partner level
*Strong technical experience across both corporate transactions and commercial contracts
*Excellent client relationship and communication skills
*Proven business development and networking ability
*Commercially minded with a strategic approach
*Confident supervising, mentoring and supporting more junior lawyers
*Ambitious and keen to play a key role in the continued growth of the team
