Full job descriptionEmployment Solicitor – Aberdeen
An established Aberdeen employment team is looking for an Employment Solicitor at NQ to 3 years’ PQE to join its growing practice, handling a broad range of advisory and contentious matters for employer clients.
You’ll work alongside experienced employment lawyers, advising businesses across multiple sectors while building your technical knowledge and client skills within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

The role
*Advise employers on employment law and workplace issues
*Assist with and run Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting ET3s
*Prepare employment contracts, policies and procedures
*Advise on settlement agreements and employee relations matters
*Support corporate transactions involving employment law considerations
*Contribute to training sessions and client updates
About you
*Newly qualified to 3 years’ PQE, with employment law experience gained during your traineeship or post-qualification
*Exposure to advising employer clients
*Excellent drafting and communication skills
*Organised and able to manage a varied workload
*Commercially minded, with a keen interest in developing your employment practice
