Duration: Approximately 7 Weeks
Rate: £250 a Day
8 hours a day
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT B office fit-out project in Salford. The scheme involves the delivery of a high-quality fit-out across two floors, with works scheduled to commence on 12th October and run for approximately 7 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion.
*Coordinate subcontractors and ensure programme deadlines are achieved.
*Maintain high standards of health & safety on site.
*Monitor quality and ensure works are delivered to specification.
*Liaise with the client, project team and subcontractors throughout the project.
*Manage site documentation and reporting through Procore.
Requirements:
*Proven experience delivering CAT B interior fit-out projects.
*Strong knowledge of fit-out sequencing and subcontractor management.
*Experience using Procore software is essential.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are required.
