Description


The RoleAs Credit Control Manager, you’ll lead a team responsible for collections, cash allocation, account management, and debt reduction strategies. Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in improving working capital performance while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities*Lead, coach and develop a team of Credit Controllers
*Drive reduction in aged debt and improve cash collection performance
*Monitor KPIs and produce management reports
*Develop and implement collection strategies and credit policies
*Manage escalated customer queries and payment disputes
*Review customer credit limits and assess potential risks
*Support forecasting and cash flow reporting
*Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
*Identify and deliver process improvement initiatives
*Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures


Profile


About You
*Previous experience managing a Credit Control function
*Strong leadership and people management skills
*Proven ability to improve collections and reduce debtor days
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
*Highly analytical with strong reporting skills
*Experience within a fast-paced environment
*Strong systems and Excel knowledge
