A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly respected Lincolnshire law firm at Partner level.

With ambitious growth plans and an excellent reputation across the region, the firm is seeking a commercially minded private client specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service while helping drive the continued expansion of the department.

You will handle a broad range of Private Client matters, including:
*Wills and estate planning
*Probate and estate administration
*Trusts
*Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning
*LPAs and EPAs
*Court of Protection and mental capacity matters

Alongside managing a quality caseload, this role offers the opportunity to lead and mentor a small team, contribute to strategic growth plans and play an active role in business development and relationship building.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
*Strong experience across all core Private Client matters
*Comfortable working autonomously and leading a team
*Commercially aware with excellent client care skills
*Passionate about business development and growing a successful practice
*STEP qualification or an interest in obtaining it would be advantageous
