This is an excellent chance to become part of a national, RIBA chartered practice known for its award-winning work in the industrial sector. The team is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Junior BIM Coordinator to join them at their Newark office.

Responsibilities of the Junior BIM Coordinator:
*Support the team in delivering BIM projects across every RIBA work stage
*Contribute to the rollout of BIM standards, workflows and best practice
*Coordinate models and keep a check on the quality of information
*Provide project teams with support on BIM software and processes
Requirements for the Junior BIM Coordinator:
*A degree in architectural technology
*Relevant post-qualification experience in a BIM-focused role within a practice
*Practical understanding of BIM technologies and architectural processes
*Strong Revit skills
*Awareness of statutory requirements, quality management, and health and safety
*Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
*Excellent communication and organisational abilities
*Based within commuting distance of Newark
