The Role
As a CRM Analyst, you will support the delivery and optimisation of CRM campaigns through audience selection, campaign analysis, and customer insight generation.

Responsibilities include:
*Building and defining customer audiences for targeted CRM campaigns
*Using SQL and analytical tools to evaluate campaign performance and generate actionable insights
*Supporting the optimisation of customer targeting strategies across multiple communication channels
*Creating and maintaining campaign data fields and customer data aggregations
*Automating reporting processes and contributing to dashboard improvements
*Ensuring audience selections are accurate, compliant, and aligned with governance requirements
*Collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, data, and technology teams to deliver successful campaigns
*Recommending improvements based on campaign performance and customer behaviour analysis
Your Skills & Experience:
*Strong SQL skills and experience working with customer or marketing data
*Ability to analyse large datasets and identify meaningful trends and insights
*Experience supporting CRM, customer analytics, or marketing campaigns
*Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
*Confidence working independently and managing multiple priorities
*Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy
*Comfortable learning new tools, technologies, and processes
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
