Newbury, Berkshire | 10+ PQE | Senior Associate or Partner level
A well-established and respected law firm in Newbury is looking to appoint an experienced Litigation Solicitor at Senior Associate or Partner level to join its Dispute Resolution team.
This is a senior opportunity for a solicitor with strong commercial and civil litigation experience, including commercial property litigation, who is looking for the opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
The Role
*Manage a varied caseload of complex commercial and civil disputes
*Advise clients through negotiation, mediation and litigation
*Handle commercial property litigation matters
*Develop and maintain strong client relationships
*Supervise and support junior fee earners and support staff
*Contribute to business development and team growth
*At Partner level, play a key role in the strategic development of the department, with equity partnership potential
About You
*10+ years’ PQE
*Strong commercial/civil litigation experience
*Experience of complex disputes and ideally commercial property litigation
*Strong client management and advocacy skills
*Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
*Leadership or supervision experience
