They Key Remits to the role will include;


*Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting.
*Provide commercial insight and performance analysis.
*Drive operational efficiency and cost improvement.
*Support investment and strategic decision-making.
*Ensure robust financial control and governance.
*Develop meaningful performance metrics and reporting.
*Champion continuous improvement and automation.
The ideal candidate will be;


*ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
*Proven finance business partnering experience.
*Experience in a complex operational environment.
*Strong commercial and analytical skills.
*Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
*Experience with business cases and investment appraisal.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
*Proven people leadership and development skills.
*Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation and efficiency.
