Employment Lawyer - Local Authority
Bury | Permanent | £51,000 - £57,000 per annum | 7 hours per day
Hybrid Opportinities and remote options are available on this role
CRA Consulting are currently working with a local authority based in Bury who are looking to appoint an experienced Employment Lawyer on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer with employment law experience to join an established legal team, providing high-quality legal advice and support across a broad range of employment matters.
The role:
*Providing legal advice on a range of employment law matters
*Advising on complex employee relations and contentious employment issues
*Supporting internal departments and senior stakeholders with practical legal advice
*Managing your own caseload and providing advice from instruction through to resolution
*Working closely with colleagues across the wider legal service

The ideal candidate:
*Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with relevant employment law experience
*Local government experience would be advantageous
*Strong knowledge of employment legislation and case law
*Confident advising clients and working with senior stakeholders
*Able to manage a varied caseload independently
