A well-established law firm in Doncaster is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner to join its growing Employment team.
This is a good opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to take on their own caseload and deal with a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, working with both employers and employees.
The role will include:
*Unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims
*Redundancy and settlement agreements
*Disciplinary and grievance matters
*Drafting contracts of employment and workplace policies
*Advising business clients on HR issues and employment risk
*Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings where required
*Managing your own caseload and dealing directly with clients
The firm is looking for someone with:
*Experience working in Employment Law
*The ability to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision
*Strong client care and communication skills
*Good technical knowledge across contentious and non-contentious Employment matters
*A practical and commercial approach to advising clients
