A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing team in Exeter or Honiton.

The Role
You will advise clients, families and professionals on a broad range of Court of Protection matters, including:
*Property and financial affairs
*Health and welfare matters
*Deputyship and trustee work
*Supporting vulnerable adults, children and elderly clients
*Advising under the Mental Capacity Act
*Client visits at home or in care settings where required
About You
*Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE
*Experience in Court of Protection law
*Strong private client experience with exposure to Court of Protection matters will also be considered
*Excellent client care and communication skills
