Responsibilities of the Senior Job Runner:
*Run projects from concept through to completion, including masterplanning
*Develop detailed data centre designs tailored to end-user requirements
*Coordinate project teams and consultants to keep schemes on programme and to a high standard
*Help to strengthen and deliver a well-established pipeline of upcoming work
*Carry out site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Required skills and experience:
*ARB registered Architect or CIAT accredited Architectural Technologist
*Extensive post-qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
*Proven track record of running data centre projects
*Strong Revit skills
*Experience managing and mentoring small teams
*Excellent design and technical drawing ability
*Strong attention to detail, with effective communication and organisational skills
*Previous industrial sector experience (advantageous)
*Based within reasonable commuting distance of Manchester
