An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive with 8+ years’ PQE to join a growing Employment team in Hampshire.
This is a specialist role with a particular focus on settlement agreements, offering the opportunity to develop your expertise while taking a leading role in the growth of the team.
The Role:
You will handle a busy caseload of employment matters, with a strong focus on settlement agreements. The role will also give you the opportunity to:
*Develop specialist expertise in settlement agreements
*Manage a high-quality and varied Employment caseload
*Build and maintain strong client relationships
*Help grow and lead the Employment team
*Mentor and support junior members of the team
*Contribute to the continued development of the practice
About You:
*Qualified Employment Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive with 8+ years’ PQE
*Strong Employment Law background
*Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
*Significant experience handling settlement agreements
*Confident working independently and managing your own caseload
*Strong client-facing and communication skills
*Ambitious and keen to take on a leadership role
