Opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an Architectural consultancy in the centre of Birmingham.

Working across a variety of project sectors to include education, healthcare, leisure, industrial and commercial, heritage and residential. The practice have a large amount of healthcare work and specialists in this area, therefore experience in healthcare would be desirable however not essential.

You will join a medium size team of 30 working across a variety of projects leading and managing the projects through all RIBA stages.

Responsibilities
*Lead the technical delivery of projects from concept through to completion
*Liaising Clients to understand their business goals
*Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
*Managing planning applications, and building regulations
*Solving any issues that may arise
*Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines
*Assist on planning applications and appeals
*Visit site for inspections
*Assist in business development
*Develop detailed Revit modes and drawing packages
Requirements
*Relevant qualification within Architecture
*Strong design and technical skills
*Revit is essential
*UK Based experience with a minimum of 5 years in practice experience
