We’re recruiting PIP/WCA Functional Assessors in Bournemouth, offering a structured Monday–Friday role with hybrid working.
The role offers:
*£40,000–£42,000 salary
*5% annual performance bonus
*£1,000 salary increase after 12 months
*Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
*Hybrid working – 3 days in clinic
*25 days annual leave + bank holidays

As a Functional Assessor, you’ll:
*Conduct face-to-face, video and telephone assessments
*Assess how health conditions affect functional ability
*Review medical evidence
*Use clinical reasoning and professional judgement
*Produce detailed reports for the DWP
We’re looking for:
*NMC Registered Nurses – RGN, RMN or RNLD
*HCPC Registered Physiotherapists or Occupational Therapists
*Minimum 12 months UK post-registration experience
*Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
*Confidence using IT systems
